Key terms, plain and simple
A summary of what you're agreeing to. Full details are in our Terms of Service Agreement.
Billing
Plans auto-renew each billing period. You can cancel anytime — access continues through the end of the paid period. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Your data
You own your customer and business data at all times. We process it only to run the service. You can export your data within 30 days of cancellation. We never sell your data.
Uptime & credits
Starter & Growth: 99.5% monthly uptime. Pro & Enterprise: 99.9%. If we miss the target, you're eligible for a service credit applied to your next invoice.
Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration (JAMS), not in court. You waive the right to participate in class actions. Small claims court remains available. You may opt out within 30 days.
Price changes
Langston Digital may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. If you disagree with a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Venue for any non-arbitration dispute is Suffolk, Virginia.
