A current list of the third-party service providers AdvantEdge uses to operate the platform. We update this page when our sub-processor list changes.
AdvantEdge engages a small number of trusted service providers to operate the platform — payments, hosting, email, push notifications, mapping, AI, and marketing-site infrastructure. These sub-processors handle personal information only on our instructions and are contractually bound to protect it. Customer Data is not sold or used for advertising. Full details on data handling are in the Privacy Policy.

We add or remove sub-processors over time as the platform grows. We notify Subscribers of material changes via the email address on the account before the change takes effect, and update the list on this page.
If a Subscriber objects in writing to a new sub-processor, the Subscriber may terminate the affected services in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Definition. A "sub-processor" is a third-party service provider that processes personal information on AdvantEdge's behalf to deliver the platform. Service providers that do not process personal information (for example, software libraries we use internally) are not listed here.
Scope. The list above covers production sub-processors. Internal tooling (e.g. error monitoring, internal analytics) that does not process Customer or End-Customer personal information is out of scope.
Customer Data ownership. Customer Data remains the Customer's property at all times. Sub-processors are contractually bound to process the data only as needed to deliver their services and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes (subject to the AI provider's commercial terms governing prompt content).
